Anti Harassment Policy

Lowcountry Coffee Company is committed to providing a welcoming and safe environment for all customers and employees. We do not tolerate any form of harassment or discrimination, including but not limited to verbal, physical, or sexual harassment, or any behavior that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment.

Examples of harassment include, but are not limited to:

  • Making unwelcome comments or jokes about someone's race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disability

  • Unwanted physical contact, such as touching or grabbing

  • Displaying or sharing offensive materials, such as images or videos

  • Bullying or threatening behavior

  • Stalking or following someone

  • Making unwanted sexual advances or comments

We take all reports of harassment seriously and will investigate all complaints promptly and thoroughly. Any employee found to have engaged in harassing behavior will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Customers who engage in harassing behavior may be asked to leave the premises and may be barred from returning.

If you experience or witness any form of harassment in our shop, please notify a member of our management immediately. We will take immediate action to address the situation and ensure your safety and comfort.
